Here in this cartoon from 01/30/2015, the Foreign Affairs Minister is being questioned by the psychologist: “… Mr. Last Inca, what you have in your head is a toxic, confused disorder…” and up above the head of the politician it reads: “communism, christianism, socialism, terrorism, sionism, occultism, imperialism, andinism”

And yes, it is the same politician that once said that stones, yes, rocks have female and male genders… and that they have sex and reproduce… Is the one that being Aymara considers himself the last Inca, which by definition could not be… not an Aymara. Anyway, he just represents in this post as an example of what these masistas stand for… current president is sometimes an atheist, sometimes portrays himself as Catholic, next day as a polytheist. Is the one who said that people who eat fried chicken and drink coca-cola turn gay… and the list goes on… and on to our shame!

Current Bolivian government has self-appointed as defender of mother nature and indigenous groups, in reality they promote oil/gas extraction from our national parks and protected areas. A specific example is regarding the TIPNIS, where current government ordered brutal police aggression on women, elderly and youth people from that protected area in Chaparina… Government relentlessly is pushing to cut in half the TIPNIS to build a road which will mainly benefit the illegal coca-growers from the Chapare, so they can plant more coca that will end up in cocaine production.

Bolivia has fallen under the worst type of ochlocracy under the masismo. Bolivia is following the path of Somalia and Afghanistan, in our case narcotrafficking is booming! More anarchy, “community justice” kills many people and no one dares to say anything, no human rights, increased corruption at governmental high levels. Entire rural towns have found to be immersed in narcotrafficking activity. Smuggling of used and new goods are polluting our environment and killing our national legal industry.

Over a decade lost during the best possible economic conditions on all our export products. Waste of over $150 billion dollars during this time!

All of the above just because this political group, the MAS has control over all state powers: Legislative, Judicial, Executive, the military, the police and even the electoral system have been compromised. As for the latter, during the October 2014 presidential election, it is public news that there were more votes than people registered to vote…

So what does OCHLOCRACY really mean?

Ochlocracy (Greek: ὀχλοκρατία, okhlokratía; Latin: ochlocratia) or mob rule is the rule of government by mob or a mass of people, or the intimidation of legitimate authorities. As a pejorative for majoritarianism, it is akin to the Latin phrase mobile vulgus meaning “the fickle crowd”, from which the English term “mob” was originally derived in the 1680s.

Ochlocracy (“rule of the general populace”) is democracy (“rule of the people”) spoiled by demagoguery, “tyranny of the majority”, and the rule of passion over reason, just as oligarchy (“rule of a few”) is aristocracy (“rule of the best”) spoiled by corruption, and tyranny is monarchy spoiled by lack of virtue. Ochlocracy is synonymous in meaning and usage to the modern, informal term “mobocracy”, which emerged from a much more recent colloquial etymology.
