Unfortunately, they are “leftovers” from earlier years. Bolivian democracy is in peril and current politicians and social movements, organizations of many sorts, tend to think on their own priorities rather than of the country’s well-being. No employment generation, no value added production is likely to take over these obscure actions produced by our politicians and the passiveness of the regular citizen (John People – Juan Pueblo).
