After the road and international borders blockade by the heavy load transportation
In this regard, the President of the departmental Chamber of heavy transport of La Paz, Álvaro Ayllón, explained that if before the owners had to pay for a three-axle semi-trailer the sum of us $1,360, now they will have to cancel only us $696, which represents a reduction of 49%. [a sad outcome after long days where people lost time and money been stranded in the roads, Bolivians cannot learn to negotiate and come to the same result without blockades, strikes… both sides should know better!! this type of issues border anarchy, people/interests do only care for themselves and government does not evolve and come up with better management; please go attend and pass negotiation and conflict resolution classes!!]
