Final del gobierno del doble poder – End of the dual power government

A dual power government, that is, in which two antagonistic forces take over the management of the economic and political reins of the State of a country, constitutes an aberration due to its illegitimacy and illegality. At the same time, it is an organism that has no north or guide and in which the ruling parties, in addition to being opposite, end up hitting their heads and causing an unparalleled chaotic state.

This is precisely what happened in our country during the last year and which, fortunately, will end on November 8, at the time of the change of government.

The country will finally come out! of a nightmare created by unprecedented circumstances and the little or minimal political will of the main protagonists of the insurrectionary episode of November 10 of last year and had catastrophic consequences for the Bolivian people who had to carry great damage and historical setback on their backs.

On November 10 of last year, a successful popular insurrection drove the autocracy of Evo Morales out of the country. That insurrection should have been represented by a revolutionary provisional government Junta of its own constitution and with the exclusive purpose of calling elections for a Constituent Assembly that dictates a new Constitution.

This provisional government project, –when former President Evo Morales was gone and had fled the country–, was, however, interrupted by a “coup de theater” executed by a group of conservative parliamentarians and former national and foreign authorities who , giving a blow to the provisional revolutionary government in gestation, changed the guard and seized political power and formed the “Transitional Government,” headed by Jeanine Añez, a hardly known senator.

Despite the insurrection, the overthrown Party, the MAS, did not abandon its functions and imposed a bill on the provisional government by which it was extended in power, a bill that was promulgated by the president, who consolidated, in this way, the double power that did not let her fulfill her mission and now offers to send her to jail. That transitional government was the one that gave a coup to the national popular insurrection and not to the fugitive Evo Morales.

Now that irregular procedure of dual power government has ended. The country will be governed by a single power, that of President Luis Arce.

Un gobierno del doble poder o sea en el que dos fuerzas antagónicas se hacen cargo del manejo de las riendas económicas y políticas del Estado de un país, constituye una aberración por su ilegitimidad e ilegalidad. Al mismo tiempo, es un organismo que no tiene norte ni guía y en el cual las partes gobernantes, además de ser contrarias, terminan golpeándose las cabezas y provocando un estado caótico sin paralelo.

Precisamente, eso es lo que ocurrió en nuestro país durante el último año y que, afortunadamente, terminará el 8 de noviembre, en oportunidad del cambio de gobierno.

El país saldrá ¡por fin! de una pesadilla creada por circunstancias inéditas y la escasa o mínima voluntad política de los principales protagonistas del episodio insurreccional del 10 de noviembre del año pasado y tuvo consecuencias catastróficas para el pueblo boliviano que tuvo que cargar sobre sus espaldas grandes daños y retroceso histórico.

El 10 de noviembre del año pasado, una insurrección popular triunfante expulsó del país a la autocracia de Evo Morales. Esa insurrección debió ser representada por una Junta de gobierno provisional revolucionario de su propia constitución y con el fin exclusivo de convocar a elecciones para una asamblea Constituyente que dicte una nueva Constitución.

Ese proyecto de gobierno provisional, –cuando ya no estaba y había fugado del país el expresidente Evo Morales–, fue, sin embargo, interrumpido por un “coup de theatre” ejecutado por un grupo de parlamentarios conservadores y exautoridades nacionales y extranjeras que, dando un golpe al gobierno provisional revolucionario en gestación, hizo un cambio de guardia y se apoderó poder político y formó el “Gobierno de Transición”, encabezado por Jeanine Añez, una senadora apenas conocida.

A pesar de la insurrección, el Partido derrocado, el MAS, no abandonó sus funciones e impuso al Gobierno provisional un proyecto de ley por el cual se prorrogaba en el poder, proyecto que fue promulgado por la presidenta, que consolidó, en esa forma, el doble poder que no le dejó cumplir su misión y ahora ofrece enviarla a la cárcel. Ese gobierno de transición fue el que dio golpe de Estado a la insurrección popular nacional y no al prófugo Evo Morales.

Ahora ese irregular procedimiento de gobierno de poder dual ha terminado. El país será gobernado por un solo poder, el del presidente Luis Arce.

However, it does NOT clarify that Luis Arce will do what his boss tells him, the cocalero returns with a desire for revenge, resentful as he is, he has already instructed the 2/3 to be eliminated in Congress, he will seek to govern as he did, dictatorially, despite that they no longer have access to “easy” money, since exports fell in prices and demand, now they will attack with more taxes, they will go after the Venezuelan model, they will continue promoting the division between Bolivians. Our taxes were squandered, public institutions were corrupted like never before and Arce will be the puppet of evo, and this one, of drug trafficking, who controls the populists of “21st century socialism.”

Sin embargo, NO aclara que Luis Arce hará lo que su jefazo le indique, el cocalero vuelve con ganas de venganza, resentido como es, ya instruyó se elimine los 2/3 en el Congreso, buscará gobernar como lo hizo, dictatorialmente, a pesar que ya no tienen acceso al dinero “fácil”, pues las exportaciones cayeron en precios y demanda, ahora atacaran con más impuestos, irán por el modelo venezolano, seguirán promoviendo la división entre bolivianos. Se despilfarraron nuestros impuestos, se corrompió a las instituciones públicas como nunca antes y Arce será la marioneta de evo, y este, del narcotrafico, que controla a los populistas del “socialismo del siglo 21”.
