Given all the pending issues/problems like salary increases, fuel subsidies, smuggling, cocaine trafficking, illegal settlements, lack of public safety, marches, blockades, strikes in general and the TIPNIS; will all of them more likely converge into the sorry streets of La Paz. I used to live in that, not-so-long-ago nice city but now is just a headache and the tension among its neighbors and those of El Alto, is just too much to ask.
