UNITEL and PAT TV channels report this morning (06:29)

Oruro: Roads continue to be blocked by their Civic Committee; so La Paz cannot connect with Potosi, Sucre, Tarija, Cochabamba and Santa Cruz.

Sucre: Roads are blocking access by heavy load transport (HT)

Santa Cruz: Road block in doble-via La Guardia (lifted yesterday evening and most likely to be on today as well). Blocks old road to Cochabamba and to Camiri by HLT.

La Paz: No buses going out, blockades also in the roads to Peru (if that were to persists, diesel import is in peril).

So please take this into account, when travelling.
