Carlos Valverde is a succesful, well documented journalist. Valverde has radio and TV programs. Current government has exerted some pressure on two TV channels, so he was “asked” to abandon those networks. He currently broadcast his programs from the internet/cable services. His daily radio broadcast from Santa Cruz can also be heard on the net.

Valverde’s best asset is how well he documents the information he receives. He has produced a book and a video on all the hectic events that happened in Bolivia, for the last six years; he has become an opinion leader for Bolivian issues: social unrest, environment, politics, business and economics’ analysis.
