New information came to me: six Bolivians were in the 85 casualties during that terrorist attack sponsored by Ahmad Vahidi, the Irani minister of Defense that visited Bolivia.
This cartoon appeared in La Razon yesterday. It shows how the red carpet is being pulled of, remember he was a formal guest of current government. Another new issue refers that as the Foreign minister reported he sent an extremely apologetic letter to the Government of Argentina, this “guest” was still meeting current president in the inauguration of the military school for the ALBA accord (where Venezuela leads and Ecuador, Nicaragua and Bolivia follow). So, it is really astonishing to see that there is a military effort from this awkward group… to fight against what? to do what? with whom? or against inside or outside “enemies”? The frightening thing is that this unit is being consolidated here, in our yard, here in Santa Cruz department. The presence of a questioned regime such as the Irani, adds more fear as they have nothing in common with our life style.
This cartoon appeared in La Prensa, shows the red carpet and how politely he is being asked to leave. The Israeli government issued a strong communication, questioning this government’s behavior. To me, it is a surprise to see our female Defense Minister inviting someone who represents cave-men who despise women. It is not a secret how women are treated in that country. It is sad to see how some public officials become scape goats and do whatever they are asked and forgo their ethics, morale and common human principles.
This cartoon appeared in Los Tiempos. Title reads “Government invites and expels Iran’s Minister of Defense.” The dialogue between father and son with final remarks from the dog. They question why the government did not know who this person was, as in the past, when they knew ahead of time about the alleged terrorist who came to Santa Cruz over two years ago. While the dog is thinking that we invited and let go a criminal sought by the Interpol.
