Bolivian dessert: Rice with milk we want to eat!

Rice pudding Recipe
1 liter of milk
½ cup of popular rice
½ cinnamon stick on branch
Sugar and ground cinnamon to taste

Wash the rice and let soak for 30 minutes. Then bring to medium heat, add the milk, cinnamon and let it boil, beating constantly so that it does not stick.

When the rice is soft, add the sugar and let it boil about 5 minutes more.
