Chess: Bolivia has a Pan American champion!

We must be proud!! not only he won a difficult and challenging game, as is chess, but to plan and react in such a complex game without the help of your eyes, it is really awesome!!! Antonio Loayza is in The Hall of Bolivian Fame

The Bolivian Loayza wins first Pan American for the blind

The second place was for the three times champion, Argentine, Jose Luis Lopez.

The Bolivian Antonio Loayza, 35 years old, was awarded undefeated with 6 points out of seven possible, the first Pan American Championship of chess for blind people and with visual reduction. The competition was held in the capital of the province of San Luis [Argentina].
