Little is known about the ongoing negotiations between the government and El Alto neighbors. So far, transit to/from La Paz to Oruro et al, is impeded. Right before the TV went without signal, a report from Unitel informed that there is beginning of shortage in gasoline and diesel in La Paz gas stations, as the blockade also interrupts the services of the Senkata warehouse.
