Over the last ten years, the Bolivian Justice System has experienced serious drawbacks, it is imperative to restore the confidence and trust by being transparent, independent from  the executive power.

This cartoon says it all!

The cartoon shows a judge offering to step outside his office, due to the new cameras installed… as a result of a failed extortion, bribery.

The “offer” to go outside is to keep “business” as usual. Current government’s desire to have control over all State powers has resulted in a larger, open corrupt system.
