The following article is from Rodolfo Mier Luzio, published by Pagina Siete today. It is extremely informative regarding how bad Bolivia is handling its hydrocarbon industry.
Mier says that TIPNIS and even the October Judicial elections are just cover ups for a major problem of current government. Argentina is about to demand, per signed contract, 27.7 million cubit meters per day and Bolivia has a shortage of 20 mcmpd. Per that contract Argentina could ask Bolivia to end up paying their natural gas imports from Kuwait or Dakar.
Maybe because of that, Mier continues saying that some of the private companies are also beginning to talk. Like Total which said that the Aquio well who was advertised as one of the biggest hits in production, is not true. Originally, it was reported that Aquio well was going to produce 6.5 mcmpd and reality shows only 0.5 mcmpd.
Luzio’s analysis goes on and Bolivia may be facing “hydrocarbon bankrupcy.”

Unfortunately, this analysis has solid data and may become as the real nightmare for Bolivia.
