Arturo Valenzuela, Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere declared that restoration of diplomatic relations with Bolivia will be soon reestablished. Valenzuela explained that there were “pretty large differences” with Bolivia regarding commerce, international cooperation and narco traffic.
