Current government employment figures are staggering! Around a week ago, newspaper La Razon published these figures: An incredible rise in bureaucracy, between 2005 and 2009, the number of public servants rose by almost 90,000 (148%), which represents that in 2005 the State used around Bs 7,000 millions in salaries, now reaches 16,000 millions. Bolivia does not need more bureaucracy….
