CHRONICLE OF A PROGRESSIVE COUP

This is how the Republic/Democracy was lost:

2003. Overthrow of the constitutional government.
2004. Unconstitutional reform of the CPE that included the constituent assembly (Mesa).
2004. Elimination of the party monopoly (Mesa).
2005. Call for elections for constituent assembly (Veltzé).
2006. Based on Mesa’s reform and the support of Veltzé, Morales convenes the constituent assembly.
2006-2008. The constituent assembly meets illegally, at the venue and on time, and approves an unread text that came from outside and through the window.
2008. Clandestine commission (government/opposition) illegally reforms the already illegal CPE in the National Lottery building in the city of La Paz.
2008. Morales promulgates Law 3941 that grants power to Congress to modify the “constitutional proposal” again.
2009. By not expressing consensus, the CPE is approved in a settling referendum, not a endorsement as corresponds to a Magna Carta.
2009. An unconstitutional, illegal, divisive, totalitarian and illegitimate CPE is enacted. In the act of promulgation of the CPE09, held in the city of El Alto, Morales affirms: “I proclaim promulgated the new Political Constitution of the Bolivian State, the validity of the unitary Plurinational State, socially and economically, COMMUNITY SOCIALISM.”
The coup that began in 2003 is consolidated. Since then, the country has experienced the collapse of democratic institutions, ignorance of the vote and the law (even of the CPE09 itself) and the accelerated decomposition of justice, politics and morality. Slowly, and with “opposition” support, #Bolivia was left outside the law.
2016 Collapse of the Plurinational State. #21F referendum denies the indefinite election.
2017. Sentence 084 of the TCP declares in fact unconstitutional the CPE to enable EMA.
2019. The entire caste goes to the polls with Morales, violating #21F.
2019. Electoral fraud.
2019. Citizen revolution that forces the government to flee.
2019. Opposition negotiates fraud, the departure of Morales, the acronym of the MAS and maintains the Plurinational State.
2019. Constitutional Succession that gave way to a government of “continuity” and not a “transition to democracy”.
2020-2021. Two new elections under the same conditions of fraud (2020-2021).
2023. Plurinational State, failed and in chronic crisis, decides to purge itself internally by retiring Morales.

CRÓNICA DE UN GOLPE PROGRESIVO

Así se perdió la República/Democracia:

2003. Derrocamiento del gobierno constitucional.
2004. Reforma inconstitucional de la CPE que incluyó la asamblea constituyente (Mesa).
2004. Eliminación del monopolio de los partidos (Mesa).
2005. Convocatoria a elecciones para asamblea constituyente (Veltzé).
2006. Con base en la reforma de Mesa y el apoyo de Veltzé, Morales convoca a la asamblea constituyente.
2006-2008. La asamblea constituyente sesiona de forma ilegal, en sede y plazo, y aprueba un texto sin leer que llegó desde afuera y por la ventana.
2008. Comisión clandestina (oficialista/oposición) reforma ilegalmente la ya ilegal CPE en el edificio de la Lotería Nacional en la ciudad de La Paz.
2008. Morales promulga Ley 3941 que otorga potestad al Congreso para modificar nuevamente la “propuesta constitucional”.
2009. Al no expresar consenso, la CPE se aprueba en referendo dirimidor, no refrendario como corresponde a una Carta Magna.
2009. Se promulga una CPE inconstitucional, ilegal, divisoria, totalitaria e ilegítima. En el acto de promulgación de la CPE09, realizado en la ciudad de El Alto, Morales afirma: «Proclamo promulgada la nueva Constitución Política del Estado boliviano, la vigencia del Estado Plurinacional unitario, social y económicamente, el SOCIALISMO COMUNITARIO».
Se consolida el golpe iniciado el 2003. Desde entonces, el país vive el desmoronamiento de la institucionalidad democrática, el desconocimiento del voto y de la ley (incluso de la propia CPE09) y la acelerada descomposición de la justicia, la política y la moral. Lentamente, y con apoyo “opositor”, #Bolivia quedó fuera de la ley.
Desmoronamiento del Estado Plurinacional 2016. Referendo del #21F niega la elección indefinida.
2017. Sentencia 084 del TCP declara de hecho inconstitucional la CPE para habilitar a EMA. 2019. Toda la casta va a las urnas con Morales, violando el #21F.
2019. Fraude electoral.
2019. Revolución ciudadana que obliga al gobierno a huir.
2019. Oposición negocia el fraude, la salida de Morales, la sigla del MAS y mantiene al Est. Plurinacional.
2019. Sucesión Constitucional que dio paso a un gobierno de “continuidad” y no de “transición a la democracia”.
2020-2021. Dos nuevas elecciones bajo las mismas condiciones del fraude (2020-2021).
2023. Estado Plurinacional, fallido y en crisis crónica, decide purgarse internamente jubilando a Morales.
