They call for measures to be taken to prevent the start of conflicts in the region, given the danger that mobilizations may be used as a pretext to generate an escalation of violence.
Requesting that authorities from the Ministry of Government accelerate the execution of the outstanding arrest warrant against Evo Morales, the councilman of the municipality of Sacaba, Alejandro Quisbert Gamarra, denounced that subversive groups are being organized in this region, directed from the Chapare, whose purpose is to destabilize the government of President Rodrigo Paz.
“We, who are in the municipality of Sacaba, which is the political bunker and operations center of Mr. Morales, are clearly telling our Minister of Government that the arrest warrant must be executed as soon as possible,” Quisbert said in statements to the press.
According to the municipal authority, it is necessary to take all measures to prevent the start of any conflict in the region, given the danger that mobilizations may be used as a pretext to generate an escalation of violence that, in his view, “evismo” is preparing from the Chapare.
“In this municipality there are subversive movements that are training with personnel from Venezuela in order to attack the stability of the national Government,” the councilman warned.
According to Quisbert, there is information indicating that local authorities, former parliamentarians, and political leaders close to Morales are financing a possible blockade in the municipality of Sacaba, with the intention of causing the conflict to grow and spread as much as possible to destabilize the new national government.
He also requested that this information be verified by the intelligence units of the Ministry of Government so that the country’s stability and the economic activity of the people are not affected by possible subversive movements disguised as social demands.
“We no longer know whom to ask for help, since our constitutional and political rights have been violated for more than fourteen months,” he concluded.

Piden asumir medidas para evitar el inicio de conflictos en la región, ante el peligro de que movilizaciones sean usadas como un pretexto para generar una escalada de violencia.
Solicitando que autoridades del Ministerio de Gobierno aceleren la ejecución de la orden de aprehensión pendiente contra Evo Morales, el concejal del municipio de Sacaba, Alejandro Quisbert Gamarra, denunció que en esta región se vienen organizando grupos subversivos, dirigidos desde el Chapare, cuya finalidad es desestabilizar al gobierno del presidente Rodrigo Paz.
“Nosotros que estamos en el municipio de Sacaba, que es el búnker político y centro de operaciones del señor Morales, le decimos de manera clara a nuestro ministro de Gobierno que se ejecute la orden de aprehensión lo antes posible”, señaló Quisbert en declaraciones a la prensa.
Según la autoridad edil, es necesario asumir todas las medidas para evitar el inicio de cualquier conflicto en la región, esto ante el peligro de que movilizaciones sean usadas como un pretexto para generar una escalada de violencia que, en su criterio, prepara el “evismo” desde el Chapare.
“En este municipio existen movimientos subversivos que se encuentran entrenándose con personal de Venezuela para poder atentar contra la estabilidad del Gobierno nacional”, alertó el concejal.
Según Quisbert, existe información respecto a que autoridades locales, exparlamentarios y dirigentes políticos cercanos a Morales se encuentran financiando un posible bloqueo en el municipio de Sacaba, con la intención de hacer que el conflicto crezca y se extienda lo más posible para desestabilizar al nuevo gobierno nacional.
Asimismo, solicitó que esta información sea verificada por los grupos de inteligencia del Ministerio de Gobierno y así se evite que la estabilidad del país y el movimiento económico de la gente se vean afectados por posibles movimientos subversivos disfrazados de demandas sociales.
“Ya no sabemos a quién más pedir auxilio, pues hace más de catorce meses que se vienen vulnerando nuestros derechos constitucionales y políticos”, finalizó.
