The president and the mayor of Santa Cruz de la Sierra attend the official opening of Expocruz 2023
This Sunday, the opening ceremony of Expocruz 2023 had its first incident. President Luis Arce and the mayor of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Jhonny Fernández, who attended as guests, were booed by some citizens present, although there were also people who applauded them.
The presentation of both did not go down well with everyone. When Jean Pierre Antelo Dabdoub, president of Expocruz, greeted and thanked Luis Arce for his presence, people in the audience whistled and booed him.
Seconds later Antelo greeted Mayor Jhonny Fernández, who was also whistled by part of the public. The two authorities attend as guests the official opening of the most important multi-sector fair in the country.

El mandatario y el alcalde de Santa Cruz de la Sierra asisten a la inauguración oficial de la Expocruz 2023
Este domingo, el acto inaugural de la Expocruz 2023 tuvo su primer incidente. El presidente Luis Arce y el alcalde de Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Jhonny Fernández, que asisten como invitados, fueron abucheados por algunos ciudadanos presentes, aunque también hubo gente que los aplaudió.
La presentación de ambos no cayó bien a todos. Cuando Jean Pierre Antelo Dabdoub, presidente de la Expocruz, saludó y agradeció por su presencia a Luis Arce, gente del público silbó y lo abucheó.
Segundos después Antelo saludó al alcalde Jhonny Fernández, que también fue silbado por una parte del público. Las dos autoridades asisten como invitadas a la inauguración oficial de la feria multisectorial más importante del país.
