El Deber reports:
CEPB receives draft of the arbitration bill
The Confederation of Private Entrepreneurs of Bolivia (CEPB), received yesterday, the draft law on arbitration and conciliation from the hands of the assistant attorney for regulatory development, Erika Chavez, and Deputy Justice Minister Gabriel Machicao.
The Vice President for the CEPB, Ronald Nostas said that they will analyze the project.
It is a good sign from current government, I just hope it is in good faith and not just cheap politics, given the upcoming elections. The Bolivian sector needs to be able to attack foreign investment and certainty that their rights will not be impaired.
