Camacho continues that “Bolivia has been kidnapped by a dictatorship”
The governor of Santa Cruz, Luis Fernando Camacho, stated that the latest actions taken by the Government of Luis Arce are typical of a dictatorship.

“En los últimos días hemos visto cómo el presidente Luis Arce y su Gobierno continuaron actuando apartados de la democracia, tomando medidas típicas de una dictadura”, dijo la máxima autoridad de Santa Cruz, a través de una carta dirigida al pueblo boliviano, desde el centro penitenciario de Chonchocoro.
Para Camacho, el secuestro de parlamentarios de oposición en la sala en los últimos días, “de grupos de choque enviados por el Gobierno del MAS, el tratamiento coercitivo y fraudulento de los proyectos de ley que continuarán endeudando al país, la negativa del Gobierno a restablecer el orden constitucional en el Poder Judicial y la decisión del presidente Arce de impedir mi traslado a Santa Cruz, en contra de una orden judicial inapelable, muestran claramente la dirección decidida por Luis Arce y su Gobierno para Bolivia.
El Gobernador de Santa Cruz aseguró que la crisis económica que está ahogando gradualmente al país es el resultado de la caída del modelo masista y de las decisiones de Juan Evo Morales y Luis Arce durante los últimos dieciocho años.
