Remembering that in 2019, the government of the Movement towards Socialism (MAS) attempted to impose its will on the entire Bolivian society, through the cult of personality, establishing a corporate-based totalitarian regime, under hate speech, the National Defense Committee of Democracy (Conade) and citizen platforms claimed November 10 as the day of “democratic reaffirmation” in the country.

The entity defending democracy recalled that, in 2019, the result of the constitutional referendum of February 21, 2016 was once again vindicated in the streets, respecting the will of the sovereign and the constitutional text that places limits on re-nomination in the election of public offices.

“Since October 21, 2019, the resolution of the Open Cabildo held in the Plaza de San Francisco ten days before was fulfilled, which resolved to activate the mechanisms of democratic civil disobedience to confront the situation of electoral fraud that was manifested from the same authorization. of the MAS candidates by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal and their fraudulent actions.
