CITRUS ARE THREATENED BY THE HLV

In this regard, the National Agricultural Health and Food Safety (SENASAG) ordered strict border controls to prevent the entry of seedlings of lime, lemon, tangerine and grapefruit.
According to the report notiboliviarural.com portal, the
National Health coordinator Plant Health Program of SENASAG Jhonny Villagomez, said the HLB disease, Asian, threatening to enter the country, while in neighboring countries generated significant losses in citrus production, a contingency plan, for protection is underway.
