A gunshot wound and 8 peasants kidnapped in the surroundings of La Pailas, in Santa Cruz, is the result of the subjugation of last July 27. Criminal act at the head of the famous oppressors Paulino Camacho and Sixto Canasa, the same ones who, arrested for the Las Londras attacks in October 2021, were released while the case was pending in the Public Ministry. Once released, they led a new assault on Las Pailas, where they seized the homes and property of the residents. The freedom granted to Camacho and Canasa is a direct invitation to return to their misdeeds, as has just happened. Surely the Government will rely on the fact that the case is in court and that the release does not make it responsible. But he is silent about the fact that the prosecution and the Justice, like the rest of the State agencies, depend on the instructions of the president, his ministers or the MAS.
Guarayos is a region of great agricultural and forestry potential. It is disputed by the agro-industrial businessmen, the local peasants, the so-called interculturalists and the State –in theory–, represented by INRA. The value of a hectare of Guarayos, according to what is understood, is 1,000 dollars, the reason being greed. However, INRA, with its fluctuating and deferential behavior towards interculturalists, far from promoting solutions, is part of the problem and, in order to avoid its responsibility, it has just ensured that its function is not to intervene in conflicts. This body brought together a mafia of officials and former officials who had dedicated themselves to “falsifying agrarian records and whitewashing legal records…”.
Subjugation is a scourge in Santa Cruz, Cochabamba and La Paz mainly. That first department, without a doubt, the most punished, as well as Cochabamba in the Angostura region and La Paz in Apolo and Madidi at the hands of the mining cooperatives. The so-called “intercultural” that assault and kill are armed gangs seeking to enrich themselves by resorting to dispossession and abuse through their assured impunity. They do nothing but continue the policy of former President Evo Morales, who orchestrated the transfer of contingents from the west to Santa Cruz, through this type of overwhelming migration.
Ordinary citizens wonder what country we are in, where public or private property is not respected and there are few who obey the law. To what end will we go, they ask themselves. In Bolivia criminals have the audacity of calling press conferences. One of the attackers of Las Londras in 2021 declared that the videos of that outrage were “mounted”. That the release of their teammates Camacho and Canasa is fair and they announced a blockade that should take place at this time. This and much more we contemplate in the Plurinational State.
Un herido de bala y 8 campesinos secuestrados en alrededores de La Pailas, en Santa Cruz, es el resultado del avasallamiento del 27 de julio pasado. Hecho delictivo a la cabeza de los famosos avasalladores Paulino Camacho y Sixto Canasa, los mismos que, detenidos por los atentados de Las Londras en octubre de 2021, fueron liberados estando en trámite el caso en el Ministerio Público. Una vez en libertad, encabezaron un nuevo asalto a Las Pailas, donde incautaron las viviendas y bienes de los pobladores. La libertad otorgada a Camacho y Canasa es una invitación directa para volver a sus fechorías, como acaba de ocurrir. Seguramente el Gobierno se apoyará en que el caso cursa en la Justicia y que la liberación no lo hace responsable. Pero calla sobre que la fiscalía y la Justicia, como el resto de los organismos del Estado, dependen de las instrucciones del presidente, de sus ministros o del MAS.
Guarayos es una región de gran potencial agropecuario y forestal. Se la disputan los empresarios agroindustriales, lo campesinos del lugar, los llamados interculturales y el Estado –en teoría–, representado por el INRA. El valor de la hectárea de Guarayos, según entendidos, es de 1.000 dólares, siendo el motivo de la codicia. Sin embargo, el INRA con su actuación fluctuante y deferente con los interculturales, lejos de promover soluciones es parte del problema y para eludir su responsabilidad acaba de asegurar que su función no es intervenir en conflictos. Este organismo aglutinaba a una mafia de funcionarios y exfuncionarios que se habían dedicado a “falsificar expedientes agrarios y blanquear antecedentes jurídicos…”.
Los avasallamientos son un azote en Santa Cruz, Cochabamba y La Paz principalmente. Ese primer departamento, sin duda, el más castigado, así como Cochabamba en la región de la Angostura y La Paz en Apolo y el Madidi a manos de las cooperativas mineras. Los llamados “interculturales” que asaltan y matan, son bandas armadas en busca de enriquecerse recurriendo al despojo y al abuso a través de su asegurada impunidad. No hacen sino continuar la política del ex presidente Evo Morales, quien instrumentó el traslado de contingentes del occidente hacia Santa Cruz, mediante este tipo de atropelladora migración.
Los ciudadanos comunes se preguntan en qué país estamos, donde no se respeta la propiedad pública ni privada y son pocos los que cumplen la ley. A qué extremo llegaremos, se interrogan a sí mismos. En Bolivia los delincuentes se dan el lujo de convocar a conferencias de prensa. Uno de los atacantes de Las Londras en 2021, declaró que los videos de ese atropello fueron “montados”. Que es justa la liberación de sus compañeros Camacho y Canasa y anunció un bloqueo que en este momento debe tener lugar. Esto y mucho más contemplamos en el Estado Plurinacional.
