El talón del narcotráfico
La vocal Rosario Baptista, del TSE, insiste ahora en la necesidad de revisar el padrón electoral, después de haber alertado, en vano, sobre la existencia de más de un millón de votos ilegales en las elecciones de 2019 y de 2020.
Esto es un dolor de cabeza para el MAS y un jalón de orejas para quienes dicen ser opositores, pero que reconocen a ese partido haber obtenido 53% de los votos en octubre en 2020.
Es cierto, la revolución de las pititas, esa que hizo escapar como una rata al cocalero Morales, no fue representada bien por el gobierno que le sucedió, pero eso no significa que quienes expulsaron al dictador acepten que el fraude se mantenga intacto.
Luis Arce fue tan legítimo en 2020 como lo era el cocalero Morales el octubre de 2019. El mismo esquema de fraude los había encumbrado a los dos: el primero tuvo que huir por sus pecados anteriores, como el 21-F, mientras que el segundo fue aceptado porque, al fin y al cabo, no era el cocalero.
Pero el millón cien mil votos de la “ayuda venezolana” se contaron en ambas elecciones, aunque en la primera no pudieron pasar, pero quedaron en el registro y en la conciencia de la vocal Rosario Baptista, quien seguramente se preocupa por su país y no quiere que un fraude tan grande se mantenga en el sistema electoral, distorsionando los resultados.
Ella había denunciado la existencia de un “padrón paralelo” que se aplica en las elecciones, pero su palabra no fue tomada en cuenta por el TSE y ahora, con cierta timidez, dice que sería muy oportuno revisar el padrón electoral cuando que no hay elecciones a las vista.
Todo esto comienza en septiembre de 2009, cuando una delegación de “voluntarios” venezolanos, empeñada en ayudar al cocalero Morales, hizo la proeza de inscribir a un millón cien mil bolivianos en el padrón en apenas diez días. La proeza pasó inadvertida porque eran los días en que los mandatos del comandante Chávez se cumplían sin chistar.
Ningún tribunal del partido del cocalero hizo homenajes a los héroes venezolanos que habían inflado de esa manera el padrón electoral para poner esa arma al servicio de la revolución continental. Un aporte inmoral y torcido, pero un aporte que Bolívar habrá de perdonar, decían.
Pues, ahora la tozudez y la valentía de la vocal Baptista nos recuerda a los bolivianos que vivimos sobre un fraude, que respiramos fraude. Y apunta el lugar exacto del talón de Aquiles del poder político del narcotráfico.
