After a 24 hour strike in Oruro, and similar measures to be implemented in Potosi, there are appears to be hope of a solution: a presidential offer!
That is what Potosi leader Celestino Condori, President of the Civic Committee believes. After a five-hour meeting, Potosino leaders and governmental officials in the Presidential Palace, current president made an offer: to design and approve a special Law that would set up the limits between these two departments: where Coroma (Potosi) and Quillacas (Oruro) communities have similar claims of territory.
I certainly hope so as those communities can get real violent.
