This report is as of 13:35 hours today (route opens for a thirty minute window, sporadically). There is a probability that the old road to Cochabamba (Samaipata) and the Chaco region will also be blocked soon. Groups who supported current Bolivian government are requesting minister’s Achacollo removal from the Rural Development and Agriculture Ministry. It is an “internal” conflict among those groups who are supporting current government who cause economic loses and curtail transit of people.
