The head of the Supreme Electoral Court (TSE), Wilfredo Ovando estimates the official results of today’s election could be delivered at most by October 29, 2011. 5.2 million people are expected to vote today; to elect 28 magistrates and a similar number of alternates for the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court, and Environmental and the Council of the Magistracy.
