    It is 13:24 in Bolivia, the national union of workers (COB) is “consulting” at their local levels, the offer of 11-12% on salary increases. The retired public workers’ union has rejected this offer and announced to go on strike. Oscar Coca, minister of the presidency has stated that the government has concluded all negotiations; documents signed with union leaders, are in principle accepting the salary increase offer.
