At 16:26 Los Tiempos website reported that the COB accepted the 11% salary increase now and an additional 1% around August, subject to its availability. The general strike has been called off. The only group that is still considering this agreement is the teachers’ association. For the time being, Bolivia can breathe and we can all go back to work.
