Business leaders demand clear regulations and legal security to reactivate the productive sector
Meeting of industrialists with president-elect Rodrigo Paz in Santa Cruz.
The president of the National Chamber of Industries (CNI), Gonzalo Morales, and the first vice president, José Eduardo Iriarte, took part in the First National Meeting with the Business and Productive Sector, a space that brought together representatives of the Bolivian business community to analyze the challenges and projections for the country’s economic reactivation.
Upon his arrival at the event, Morales underscored the urgency of establishing a climate of trust and stability that would allow private investment and industrial development to be boosted. “The Bolivian people need certainty. The new government must give confidence and legal security to business owners. When we have clear and precise regulations, we will reactivate the productive sector,” he stated.
The head of the CNI also highlighted that cooperation between the State and the private sector will be essential to strengthen national industry, promote domestic production and generate dignified and sustainable employment.
The participation of the CNI in this meeting —which brought together the main actors of the business and productive sphere— confirms the commitment of the industrial sector to the construction of a predictable economic environment favorable to the country’s growth.

Empresarios demandan normas claras y seguridad jurídica para reactivar el sector productivo
Encuentro de industriales con el presidente electo Rodrigo Paz en Santa Cruz.
El presidente de la Cámara Nacional de Industrias (CNI), Gonzalo Morales, y el primer vicepresidente, José Eduardo Iriarte, participaron en el Primer Encuentro Nacional con el Sector Empresarial y Productivo, espacio que reunió a representantes del empresariado boliviano para analizar los desafíos y proyecciones de la reactivación económica del país.
A su llegada al evento, Morales subrayó la urgencia de establecer un clima de confianza y estabilidad que permita impulsar la inversión privada y el desarrollo industrial. “El pueblo boliviano necesita certidumbre. El nuevo gobierno debe dar confianza y seguridad jurídica a los empresarios. Cuando contamos con normas claras y precisas, vamos a reactivar el sector productivo”, afirmó.
El titular de la CNI destacó además que la cooperación entre el Estado y el sector privado será fundamental para fortalecer la industria nacional, promover la producción interna y generar empleo digno y sostenible.
La participación de la CNI en este encuentro —que reunió a los principales actores del ámbito empresarial y productivo— ratifica el compromiso del sector industrial con la construcción de un entorno económico previsible y favorable al crecimiento del país.
