Procuraduría: Evo cannot be a candidate; no discussion
Evo Morales cannot run for president under any circumstances.
This is the firm stance of the Attorney General, César Siles, who asserted yesterday that “there is no discussion about it.”
“Constitutionally speaking, there is only one re-election for the president, not indefinite re-elections,” Siles stated to the press in Sucre, according to Correo del Sur.
In contrast, the “radical” faction of MAS threatens to stir up the country to defend Evo’s candidacy.

Evo Morales no puede ser candidato a la Presidencia de ninguna manera.
Así lo cree el procurador general del Estado, César Siles, quien aseveró ayer que “no hay ninguna discusión al respecto”.
“Constitucionalmente hablando, solo existe una reelección para presidente y no una reelección indefinida”, fueron las declaraciones de Siles a la prensa de Sucre, según Correo del Sur.
En contrapeso, la facción “radical” del masismo amenaza con agitar el país a fin de defender la candidatura de Evo.
