It is known by public opinion, according to a statement by the Minister of Economy, that the Plurinational State lacks liquidity, that is, it does not have enough money for daily expenses. Unfortunately, the enormous economic resources that the country had from the sale of gas to Brazil and Argentina, were squandered by the political group that has remained in power since 2016, with a brief interval of less than a year of government administration. transient. On the other hand, the gas fields are almost exhausted, without the MAS regime having been able to find others of a similar magnitude to avoid an economic crisis like the one observed today.
For this reason, the ruling party is now desperately trying to obtain foreign currency, that is, dollars, for which it has decided to sell gold reserves that the Central Bank has, but it collided with the fact that this financial operation could only be carried out once it was sanctioned by the Legislative Power, an organism where he found stones on the road and the approval of such a measure had to be postponed. There was even a demand for the Gold Law project to be withdrawn from Congress, due to the fact that procedural errors were found in the study process and even the complaint that suspicious operations were being carried out among parliamentarians, such as the delivery of “black briefcases” to make the standard viable.
These details are, however, anecdotal, of relative amount next to others of great magnitude. Indeed, once the law in question is promulgated, the Central Bank could sell gold reserves that that entity still has and since the Government is in dire straits for foreign currency, it spends it quickly and, as a final result, the country will have no dollars for breakfast any morning. and without gold, that is, you can lose everything.
And when the country runs out of gold, it will have returned to being a colony of dark imperialisms, conditioned to sell raw materials to survive and with those dollars to dedicate themselves to importing food, because, as is known, our agriculture produces little and the Bolivian people is forced to consume numerous products that enter the country smuggled, or those that the government acquires to sell at subsidized prices.
In essence, since the Plurinational State has no resources and to obtain them it will sell gold, our country –without gold and without dollars– will become the object of a colonial policy, against which it is now continuously preached, while in fact it happens otherwise. That serious problem is the one that certain rulers do not see!!
Es conocido por la opinión pública, según declaración del Ministro de Economía, que el Estado Plurinacional carece de liquidez, es decir que no tiene suficiente dinero para gastos cotidianos. Lamentablemente, los ingentes recursos económicos que el país tenía por la venta de gas a Brasil y Argentina, fueron derrochados por la agrupación política que permanece en el poder desde el año 2016, con un breve intervalo de menos de un año de gestión de un gobierno transitorio. Por otra parte, los yacimientos gasíferos están casi agotados, sin que el régimen masista haya podido encontrar otros de similar magnitud para evitar una crisis económica como la que se observa hoy.
Por esa razón ahora el oficialismo trata desesperadamente de obtener divisas, vale decir dólares, por lo que ha decidido vender reservas de oro que tiene el Banco Central, pero chocó con que esa operación financiera solo podía hacerse una vez sancionada por el Poder Legislativo, organismo parlamentario donde encontró piedras en el camino y debió ser postergada la aprobación de tal medida. Inclusive hubo demanda para que el proyecto de la Ley del Oro sea retirado del Congreso, debido a que en el proceso de estudio se encontró errores procedimentales y hasta la denuncia de que entre los parlamentarios se estaba haciendo manejos sospechosos, como entrega de “maletines negros” para hacer viable la norma.
Esos detalles son, sin embargo, anecdóticos, de relativa cuantía al lado de otros de gran magnitud. En efecto, una vez promulgada la ley de marras, el Banco Central podría vender reservas de oro que aún tiene esa entidad y como el Gobierno está urgido de divisas, las gaste rápidamente y, como resultado final, el país se desayunará cualquier mañana sin dólares y sin oro, es decir, puede perder soga y cabra.
Y al quedar el país sin oro, habrá vuelto a ser un país colonia de imperialismos oscuros, condicionado a vender materias primas para sobrevivir y con esos dólares dedicarse a importar alimentos, pues, como se sabe, nuestra agricultura poco produce y el pueblo boliviano se ve obligado a consumir numerosos productos que entran al país por contrabando, o los que el gobierno adquiere para venderlos con precios subvencionados.
En esencia, como el Estado Plurinacional no tiene recursos y para obtenerlos venderá el oro, nuestro país –sin oro y sin dólares– pasará a ser objeto de una política colonial, contra la cual ahora se predica en forma continua, mientras en los hechos sucede lo contrario. ¡¡Ese grave problema es el que no ven ciertos gobernantes¡¡
