Bolivia is founded on plurality and political, economic, legal, cultural and linguistic pluralism, within the integration process of the country”. But the AguantArce [hold-on] government does NOT comply, it continues to violate the Supreme Norm.
There is no rule of law, the right to life and health of former president Jeanine Áñez is violated and in the cases of political detainees, after 6 months of confinement no evidence is shown, Due Process is NOT met , less with the Presumption of Innocence. Bolivia is NOT free because it follows the slogans of the Addendum of the ALBA. It is NOT sovereign because the ideology of socialism prevails, which the people never approved. There is no democracy, after the flight of the coca grower due to his mega-fraud of 2019, denounced by observers from the OAS, the European Union and others, ratified by the audit made at the request of the coca grower. The sovereign organized in Platforms to fight against: 1) the modification of Article 168 of the Constitution, remembering that in the Referendum of 21F we said NO to Evo Morales. 2) Against the unconstitutional Resolution 084/2017 that allows the coca grower Morales to re-nominate himself indefinitely. Plataformas se organizan para exigir respeto a CPE, DDHH y democracia
La Constitución Política del Estado establece en el Art.1º que “Bolivia se constituye en un Estado Unitario Social de Derecho Plurinacional Comunitario, libre, independiente, soberano, democrático, intercultural, descentralizado y con autonomías. Bolivia se funda en la pluralidad y el pluralismo político, económico, jurídico, cultural y lingüístico, dentro del proceso integrador del país”. Pero el gobierno de AguantArce NO cumple, sigue vulnerando la Norma Suprema.
No existe un Estado de Derecho, se vulnera el derecho a la vida y la salud de la ex presidenta Jeanine Áñez y en los casos de los detenidos políticos, después de 6 meses de encierro no se muestra pruebas, NO se cumple con el Debido Proceso, menos con la Presunción de Inocencia. Bolivia NO es libre porque se sigue consignas del Adendum del Alba. NO es soberana porque impera la ideología del socialismo, que nunca aprobó el pueblo. No hay democracia, después de la fuga del cocalero por su megafraude de 2019, denunciado por veedores de la OEA, Unión Europea y otros, ratificado por la auditoría hecha por solicitud del cocalero. Además, la CIDH certificó que NO es un derecho humano la reelección indefinida.
NO hay Descentralización, el nivel central se apropia del 85% de los recursos y solo se distribuye el 15% para gobernaciones, alcaldías y universidades. Las autonomías están truncadas por el centralismo que no permite la distribución de recursos en sus competencias establecidas. NO existe pluralismo político, por la pésima distribución de los escaños de representación, poblaciones con escasos habitantes tienen más representación en el parlamento, lo que desequilibra la igualdad. El gobierno con su discurso de odio y racismo impulsa la división de las y los bolivianos.
El pluralismo jurídico no existe, los jueces y fiscales cumplen las órdenes del Ejecutivo, violando la Constitución y las leyes; los corruptos son premiados con embajadas y cargos altos; la Fiscalía cierra casos muy graves por simples informes de docentes y ayudantes, que hacen que se pierda la credibilidad en la administración de justicia. Y para completar este panorama oscuro, la Defensoría del Pueblo se convirtió en Defensoría del masismo.
El soberano se organizó en Plataformas para luchar contra: 1) la modificación del Art. 168 de la CPE, recordando que en el Referéndum del 21F le dijimos NO a Evo Morales. 2) Contra la inconstitucional Resolución 084/2017 que le permite al cocalero Morales repostularse Indefinidamente. Sigue vigente esa resolución nefasta para la historia de Bolivia. 3) Contra el fraude de 2019, pues al verse descubierto el cocalero renuncia y huye, causando vacío de poder. 4) Contra la persecución política a personas que no están de acuerdo con la política masista, impuesta por el Adendum del ALBA. 5) Contra los jueces y fiscales que cierran los casos de corrupción, no respetan el debido proceso ni la presunción de inocencia de las y los presos. 6) Contra la destrucción de la Chiquitania por incendios provocados por los “interculturales” masistas. 7) Contra la invasión de masistas a las Reservas y Parques Nacionales, lo que está prohibido por la Constitución. 8) Contra la impunidad de feminicidas y violadores, por falta de políticas de prevención del gobierno de aguantArce. 9) Ante el avasallamiento de las tierras de los pueblos indígenas, fuente de su sustento, por los “interculturales” (antes colonizadores), hoy se realiza la XI Marcha para denunciar que sus reclamos no son escuchados.
