Exigencies, strikes and bulk extremes
All labor and business organizations in the country, as well as most of the institutions, have vast experiences on what the extremes identified as strikes, demonstrations, protests, walkouts, blockades and others bring to the country; on the other hand, they know what the “last consequences” mean, a phrase that has served at all times to force the requests made by the appellants to be fulfilled to extremes. However, no one wants to realize that all this has no hold, it is worth nothing and less is useful for something. Practically, it can be said that all this sounds only like cheap demagogy and inconsequential populisms, wielded by those who believe that they can impose their will and the government, or any entity, “surrenders” and yields positions.
The laws are clear and final about the strike and the other extremes, but nobody wants to comply because the authorities rarely enforce the rules and almost always give in to pressure. Those who intend to reach “the last consequences” have never complied because they are far from knowing what the famous phrase means. The “last consequences” are weapons wielded by demagogues and by those who are never right because they never reason or meditate on their positions that, in the consequences, show to be against the country, no matter what may happen and less when and where they can arrive in their demagoguery and absurd threats.
The country lives tired of listening to those who, without any foundation, demand and ask even what they know is impossible to achieve because neither the conditions nor the financial means allow it to be a reality. In any case, it would be important that the authorities force the strikers to pay the consequences of their unsubstantiated demands and if they do not do so or give proof that they could comply better than the authorities, that they be vigorously judged and forced to conduct responsibly.
Exigencias, huelgas y extremos a granel
Toda organización laboral y empresarial en el país, al igual que la mayoría de las instituciones tienen vastísimas experiencias sobre lo que acarrean al país los extremos identificados como paros, manifestaciones, protestas, huelgas, bloqueos y otros; por otra parte, saben lo que significan las “últimas consecuencias”, frase que ha servido en todo tiempo para obligar a que se cumplan los pedidos formulados por los recurrentes a extremos. Sin embargo, nadie quiere percatarse de que todo ello no tiene asidero alguno, de nada vale y menos sirve para algo. Prácticamente, se puede afirmar que todo ello suena solo a demagogia barata y populismos intrascendentes, esgrimidos por quienes creen que pueden imponer su voluntad y el gobierno, o cualquier entidad, “se rinda” y ceda posiciones.
Las leyes son claras y terminantes sobre la huelga y los otros extremos, pero nadie quiere cumplir porque las autoridades raras veces hacen cumplir las normas y casi siempre ceden ante las presiones. Quienes pretenden llegar a “las últimas consecuencias” nunca han cumplido porque están muy lejos de saber qué significado tiene la famosa frasecita. Las “últimas consecuencias” son armas esgrimidas por los demagogos y por los que jamás tienen razón porque nunca razonan ni meditan sobre sus posiciones que, en las consecuencias, muestran estar en contra del país, sin importarles qué pueda ocurrir y menos cuándo y a dónde puedan llegar en su demagogia y amenazas absurdas.
El país vive cansado de escuchar a quienes, sin fundamento alguno, exigen y piden hasta lo que ellos saben que es imposible de concretar porque ni las condiciones ni los medios financieros permiten hacerlo realidad. En todo caso, sería importante que las autoridades obliguen a huelguistas a pagar las consecuencias de sus exigencias sin fundamento y si no lo hacen ni dan prueba de que ellos podrían cumplir mejor que las autoridades, que sean juzgados enérgicamente y obligados a una conducta con responsabilidad.
