Bolivian Judicial elections update as of Oct 23, 2011

This cartoon is from El Diario, October 22, 2011; a person says “He as a lawyer is not so bad…! Maybe as magistrate will be better…!”

Follow some excerpts from main Bolivian newspapers on the subject:

Opinion: Reports today: null votes are a warning to all politicians. No one should declare victory against current government, it is just the people showing their disgust against how this election turned out to be, pre-selected candidates, lack of information, not the most qualified professionals entered this contest. The government loses as they “predicted” a larger population voting, instead figures continue to show even larger amount of empty and null votes.
