His name is Elmar Stellnberger, entered Bolivia on September 18th, from Peru. Bolivian police is searching for his whereabouts, as well as the Austrian Embassy. A photo of Stellnberger appears in the link below.

This post is for tourists in Bolivia that may know anything about this unfortunate event, to call to the Austrian Embassy in La Paz, phone 2442094. Tourist may always take all precautions, this article (see below) pinpoints the La Paz bus terminal area as a very dangerous one, so please enjoy your visit to lovely Bolivia but be very careful.
