His speech lasted four 4 minutes; most of the time he spoke about general stuff, nothing of substance. Then, he said that there was lack of information to the people; however people showed and voted in a remarkable way. President thanked the presence of UNASUR, OAS, UN and other international agencies who came to country to monitor the events of the day.

He also thanked the Bolivian people who when to cast their votes; he did allow for questions. There may be legality in the process but no legitimacy on how candidates were selected. By de-facto he acknowledged the vote and will probably go ahead with the sworn-in of those who got the most votes.
