Heavy snowfall reduced tourism flow in Potosi, Bolivia

Los Tiempos article reports how tourism was reduced between the Uyuni Salt Lake, the red and green lagoons. Usually tourists go over there for a three-day tour which is a little less than $100 dollars per person, it includes lodging and transportation. Most of the tourists that come for that tour during July this year, either cancelled the whole trip or stayed for one day only; they just  visited the Salt Lake.

The photo (APG, Los Tiempos) shows mostly the problem in roads who were closed due to heavy snowfall. Another issue that affected the tourism flow was the road blockade in Peru (over 20 days) who also kept tourists from Peru to come to Bolivia.
