Increasing vandalism, anarchy in Bolivia

This cartoon appeared in El Diario on July 12, 2011. Portrays how vandalism, anarchy are taking over Bolivia and how they are destroying our economy and livelihoods. Mining; Exports; Popular Economy and National Economy buildings are being violently stoned, destroyed by individuals/groups identified here as illegal take overs and illegal looters.

Certainly, nothing has been done to remediate these unfortunate actions. Whether or not these groups are isolated or form part of an elaborate plot. National and regional governments do nothing and society in general looks without expressing any kind of repulse to force the government to take any action. Submissiveness is escalating in Bolivia.
