    Road between Bolivia – Argentina is blocked!

    There is currently (as of 7am today) a road blockade in the vicinity of Yacuiba, en route to Argentina. A number of students are blockading the road near Villa El Carmen, about 20 Km from Yacuiba, town where another number of those students are in their 5th day of hunger strike. Students belong to the Teachers College of Caiza, related to Canasmoro, Tarija. They are demanding the Ministry of Education to approve the new Syllabus and to award more work items for the teachers.
