Today in most cities and roads (Santa Cruz transport union said last week they will not go on strike), public transportation will not operate (blockades are also envisioned), they are questioning why government had authorized that illegal used cars be legalized. In cities like Cochabamba, schools will not open. Some people question this decision as they say is outdated, since it was enforced and the process is going on.

Even some countries like Chile, Brazil and Paraguay are questioning this “legalization” as their media reports that a large number of stolen cars from those countries will become legal in Bolivia.
