    As of 14:00 hours today, the road between Oruro and La Paz is blocked by the elders (retired people), who are seeking an increment in their pensions. The government has offered 5% and this national association seeks 10%. Yesterday a group from Santa Cruz was stopped as they were boarding the bus, they weren’t allowed to travel, so this group stated today that they will engage in demonstrations here in beautiful Santa Cruz.
