Para Ti Chocolates introduced a new product this Thursday: chocolate with grapes and singani, a blend that combines cocoa with flavors and traditions distinctive to the Chuquisaca region. Visitors will be able to sample this new creation at the company’s stand during Fexpo Sucre 2026.

“Chocolate with Chuquisacan grapes and singani is our novelty for this year. Visit the fair to discover our new products. At the Para Ti stand, you’ll have two choices: you can decide whether to go to heaven or to hell,” teased Gastón Solares, owner and general manager of Para Ti Chocolates.

The launch comes shortly after the Chuquisaca-based company received the Maya Award, which, according to Solares, “has special significance because it recognizes our product as the best Bolivian chocolate.”

A New Production Plant

Solares recalled that Para Ti Chocolates began operations on May 27, 1990, with just seven employees and three machines. Today, the factory is fully mechanized and employs around 200 workers. He noted that the company has maintained financial stability despite economic challenges.

As part of its expansion strategy, Para Ti is building a new production plant. The project aims to increase manufacturing capacity while incorporating new machinery, innovation, and a wider variety of chocolate products.

The initiative reflects the company’s goal of continuing to grow in response to domestic market demand and, eventually, creating the conditions needed to restore and strengthen its export business.

Regarding exports, Solares explained that they are currently almost entirely suspended, though not abandoned. He recalled that the company once participated in major international trade fairs and had a presence in the U.S. market. At present, it maintains only limited exports to Chile.

With its new chocolate featuring grapes and singani, Para Ti seeks to reinforce its regional identity and offer consumers a unique experience that combines tradition, innovation, and the distinctive flavors of Chuquisaca.
