Null votes reached 19.29% and blank votes 2.45%.

With these results, Paz and Quiroga will face each other in a runoff scheduled for October 19 of this year.

“The runoff is presumably a reality. This second round is scheduled for October 19,” said the acting president of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal, Óscar Hassenteufel, when announcing the first Sirepre results last night after 9:00 p.m.

TSE member Tahuichi Tahuichi Quispe reported this morning that the runoff will have a budget similar to the first round.

“One fact I want to point out is that this runoff will have the same budget, meaning we will replicate it since we used 310 million bolivianos, and that amount will be used again,” Tahuichi said, according to an RTP report.
