Due to the things that the Government is doing before the arrival of the crisis caused by the errors of the first management of the MAS, it is seen that it is desperate.
All that remains is for someone, for example, the attorney general or the prosecutor, to initiate an investigation to find those responsible for this economic disaster.
The investigation should aim to discover where the 55,000 million dollars that the government of Evo Morales, literally without knowing how to read or write, received from exports in the boom years of raw materials.
In that case, it will be necessary to request that procedures be carried out in international banks that have received the deposits of the millionaire masistas, with the hope of recovering at least part of those fortunes.
The list of desperate measures grows every day, but for now the following can be mentioned:
- It is reducing the delivery of natural gas to industries because it wants to meet the commitments, already greatly reduced, for shipments to Argentina and Brazil. It is a complaint from Cainco. It is already known that exports to Argentina will end in December and those that go to Brazil will last two more years, and nothing more.
- YPFB has reduced gasoline volumes for Santa Cruz and, in exchange, offers Ethanol, which costs Bs 4.70 per liter. A sly way to start a gasolinazo.
- Authorizes the Central Bank to buy gold, although in reality it authorizes it to sell what remains in the reserves.
- Opens the door of the Central Bank for the purchase of “remittances” from abroad, of any origin and for any reason.
- It offers exporters a higher rate than that of private banks for the dollars they have, the first gesture for changes in the exchange rate.
And then there are the facts that confirm the suspicions that Bolivia has already become a “failed state”, with weak institutions, without rules or laws.
- All this without mentioning how you accept in silence, or approve it with applause, the abuses suffered by army officers and customs officers captured by traffickers and smugglers.
- And the other cases, in which the invaders of private lands kidnap police officers and citizens to later demand, in exchange, the release of their prisoners detained by the police.
- Tolerates that the mining cooperatives propose to stop the law on the purchase of gold because, according to what they say, they did not approve the initiative. That is to say that the Chinese of illegal mining have the capacity to stop a law in parliament.
If they have the ability to impose contracts on lithium, the Chinese can do anything. They are the “empire” that the MAS gladly tolerates.
Por las cosas que está haciendo el Gobierno ante la llegada de la crisis provocada por los errores de la primera gestión del MAS, se ve que está desesperado.
Sólo falta que alguien, por ejemplo, el procurador, o el fiscal, inicien una investigación para encontrar a los responsables de este desastre económico.
La investigación debería proponerse descubrir dónde fueron los 55.000 millones de dólares que el gobierno de Evo Morales, sin saber leer ni escribir, literal, recibió de las exportaciones en los años del boom de las materias primas.
En ese caso habrá que pedir que se hagan trámites en bancos internacionales que hubieran recibido los depósitos de los masistas millonarios, con la esperanza de recuperar por lo menos una parte de esas fortunas.
La lista de las medidas desesperadas crece todos los días, pero por el momento se pueden mencionar:
- Está reduciendo la entrega de gas natural a las industrias porque quiere cumplir los compromisos, ya muy reducidos, de envíos a Argentina y Brasil. Es una denuncia de Cainco. Ya se sabe que las exportaciones a Argentina terminarán en diciembre y las que van a Brasil durarán dos años más, y nada más.
- YPFB ha reducido los volúmenes de gasolina para Santa Cruz y, a cambio, ofrece Etanol, que cuesta Bs 4,70 el litro. Una manera ladina de comenzar un gasolinazo.
- Autoriza al Banco Central a comprar oro, aunque en realidad le autoriza a vender el que queda en las reservas.
- Abre la puerta del Banco Central para la compra de “remesas” del exterior, de cualquier origen y con cualquier motivo.
- Ofrece a los exportadores una tasa mayor a la de los bancos privados por los dólares que tengan, el primer gesto para modificaciones del tipo de cambio.
Y luego están los hechos que confirman las sospechas de que Bolivia se ha convertido ya en un “Estado fallido”, con instituciones débiles, sin reglas ni leyes.
- Todo esto sin mencionar cómo acepta en silencio, o lo aprueba con aplausos, los abusos que sufren los oficiales del ejército y los aduaneros capturados por traficantes y contrabandistas.
- Y los otros casos, en que los avasalladores de tierras privadas secuestran a policías y ciudadanos para luego exigir, a cambio, la liberación de sus presos detenidos por la policía.
- Tolera que las cooperativas mineras se propongan frenar la ley sobre la compra del oro porque, según dicen, ellas no aprobaron la iniciativa. Es decir que los chinos de la minería ilegal tienen capacidad de frenar una ley en el parlamento.
Si tienen capacidad para imponer contratos sobre el litio, los chinos pueden hacer todo. Ellos son el “imperio” que el MAS tolera con mucho gusto.
