After the apprehension of two women who were transferred to the offices of the Special Force to Fight Crime (Felcc), investigated for the forwarding of messages by WhatsApp, EL DEBER learned that there are other raids and arrest warrants, arrests to execute against other people.
According to the documents accessed by this journalistic house, the Public Ministry ex officio initiated criminal proceedings against alleged perpetrators for the alleged commission of the crime of public incitement to commit a crime.
One of the prosecutor’s requests, whose investigator is prosecutor Osvaldo Tejerina, requested a search and search of a home before the courts, with the aim of seizing documents and materials related to the investigation.
The foundation is based on a report issued by the Felcc Cyber Crime Division that detected a WhatsApp group called “Cruceña Mayor’s Office”, where -according to the document- some of its members forwarded the address of relatives of high government authorities, in order to incite the destruction of such dwellings.
Among the addresses mentioned in the WhatsApp group is that of the son and daughter of President Luis Arce Catacora and the home of Minister of Government Eduardo del Castillo. The cyber patrol says it detected an account of a Facebook user named Jorgerik Roccacik who posts the addresses of the eluded authorities.
Given these elements, prosecutor Tejerina issued an arrest warrant against a citizen named G.A.G.
EL DEBER communicated by telephone with the prosecutor assigned to the case and stated that due to ethics it could not confirm if there are other searches and arrest warrants in this investigation process.
In the same way, this journalistic house learned that through the prosecutor Margoth Vargas, a summons was issued to testify for this Wednesday, January 18, to citizens G. G. B. and A. R.
Both people were accused by the “early-mornings” leader René Troncoso for the alleged crimes of serious and minor injuries, before the confrontation that took place between informal and self-convened merchants on December 10, 2022.
One of the arrested women was released
The assembly member for Creemos, Paola Aguirre, informed EL DEBER that one of the apprehended women, who is 60 years old, was released at the end of the day, while the second will continue in Felcc cells.
She affirmed that this decision was made due to pressure from citizens, after Felcc agents apprehended an elderly person.
She announced that this Tuesday she will appear again at the Felcc to find out how the 38-year-old woman identified by the initials E.P. is doing and the process that was started for her. She denounced that in both cases, the uniformed officers violently raided the homes where there were minors.
Regarding the person who will remain in the Felcc cells, Aguirre indicated that the police carried out the operation in search of the woman’s brother because, supposedly, he was identified for participating in the riots that took place outside the house of the mayor Jhonny Fernández. She said that since they didn’t find him, they decided to take her.
The legislator anticipated that a “witch hunt” was coming, but now against the public for protesting against the police outrage and the actions carried out by the central government, such as the arrest of Governor Luis Fernando Camacho.

Después de que este lunes se conociera sobre la aprehensión de dos mujeres que fueron trasladadas hasta dependencias de la Fuerza Especial de Lucha Contra el Crimen (Felcc), investigadas por el reenvío de mensajes por WhatsApp, EL DEBER conoció que existen otros allanamientos y órdenes de aprehensiones a ejecutar contra otras personas.
Según los documentos a los que accedió esta casa periodística, el Ministerio Público inició de oficio un proceso penal contra presuntos autores por la presunta comisión del delito de instigación pública a delinquir.
Uno de los requerimientos fiscales, que tiene como investigador al fiscal Osvaldo Tejerina, solicitó ante la justicia el allanamiento y requisa en un domicilio, con el objetivo de secuestrar documentos y materiales relacionados a la investigación.
El fundamento se basa en un reporte que emitió la División de Ciber Crimen de la Felcc que detectó un grupo de WhatsApp denominado “Alcaldía Cruceña”, donde -según el documento- algunos de sus miembros reenviaban la dirección de familiares de altas autoridades de Gobierno, a objeto de incitar a la destrucción de tales viviendas.
Entre las direcciones que se mencionan en el grupo de WhatsApp está la del hijo e hija del presidente Luis Arce Catacora y el domicilio del ministro de Gobierno Eduardo del Castillo. El patrullaje cibernético dice que detectó una cuenta de un usuario en Facebook de nombre Jorgerik Roccacik que publica las direcciones de las autoridades eludidas.
Ante estos elementos, el fiscal Tejerina emitió una orden de aprehensión contra una ciudadana de nombre G. A. G.
EL DEBER se comunicó telefónicamente con el fiscal asignado al caso y afirmó que por ética no podría confirmar si existen otros allanamientos y órdenes de aprehensiones en este proceso de investigación.
De igual manera, esta casa periodística conoció que a través de la fiscal Margoth Vargas, se emitió una citación a declarar para este miércoles, 18 de enero, a los ciudadanos G. G. B. y A. R.
Ambas personas fueron acusadas por el dirigente mañanero René Troncoso por los presuntos delitos de lesiones graves y leves, ante el enfrentamiento que se registró entre comerciantes informales y autoconvocados el 10 de diciembre de 2022.
Una de las mujeres aprehendidas fue liberada
La asambleísta por Creemos, Paola Aguirre, informó a EL DEBER que una de las mujeres aprehendidas, que tiene 60 años, fue liberada al finalizar la jornada, mientras que la segunda continuará en celdas de la Felcc.
Afirmó que esta decisión se decidió por la presión de la ciudadanía, después que agentes de la Felcc aprehendieran a una persona de la tercera edad.
Anunció que este martes nuevamente se apersonará hasta la Felcc para conocer cómo está la mujer de 38 años identificada por las iniciales E. P.y el proceso que le iniciaron. Denunció que en ambos casos, los uniformados allanaron violentamente los domicilios donde habían menores de edad.
Sobre la persona que continuará en celdas de la Felcc, Aguirre indicó que los policías ejecutaron el operativo en busca del hermano de la mujer porque, supuestamente, fue identificado por participar en los disturbios que se registraron en las afueras de la casa del alcalde Jhonny Fernández. Dijo que como no lo encontraron decidieron llevársela a ella.
La legisladora anticipó que se viene una “cacería de brujas”, pero ahora en contra de la ciudadanía por protestar contra el atropello policial y las acciones que ejecuta el Gobierno central como la detención del gobernador Luis Fernando Camacho.
