Arce generates more conflicts
The minister-cheerleaders and megaphone advisers who warm Luis Arce’s ear have told him that he is the big winner in the battle for the census, that those cowardly policemen, the hooded gang members and the shock groups led by public officials, have managed to bend the Santa Cruz people, who will never bother him again, no matter what the government does.
Luis Arce was the puppet of Evo Morales and has become the toy of a group of subjects of the worst kind who push him to lie, to make all kinds of mistakes and above all, to fabricate conflicts, convinced that popularity that he still has or the fact that many consider him to be the lesser evil, will prevent the situation from spilling over as it did in 2019. Evo was told that he was the supreme boss, the only one, the insurmountable one, the one who had carte blanche to do anything in Bolivia and we already know what the consequences of that deception were.
As the big winner feels, Arce sets the population census for 2024 and signs a decree full of lies and tricks that will only multiply unrest and plant stones on his own path to re-election, the only interest that moves him , because they have convinced him that more than Evo, he is the redeemer of the MAS, the armored leader immune to fraud and popular anger.
He wants to do the census on a Saturday, a totally counterproductive day, especially in Bolivia, where a large portion of the population takes advantage to do their commercial activities. He says that he will have the preliminary results ready in record time, enough to distribute the tax co-participation resources. He believes that money is what people are most interested in and if that were the case, the constitution requires that the new distribution be made based on the final data.
He ignores the most important thing, the motivation that caused the civic strike. The population wants to recover the democracy that is kidnapped by the laws created by the MAS to distort the citizen vote and generate an automatic and permanent fraud in favor of the current regime. We need the census to know how many we are and based on that, reestablish the principle “one citizen one vote” and ensure equal representation at any point in the national territory, in such a way that there are no longer first-class and second-class Bolivians, some with overvalued representation and others that practically do not gravitate in public affairs.
Finally, citizens no longer want more fraud and with the census formula proposed by Arce, the inflated register that has more than a million and a half ghost voters will remain intact to ensure the MAS a lying victory in 2025. In addition, the INE does not have the cartography, Arce himself has stupidly admitted, in such a way that the results of the 2025 census will be a complete nonsense fantasy. The president insults the intelligence of Bolivians, provokes it and is simply preparing the ground for a scenario of unprecedented conflict.
Arce fabrica más conflictos
Los ministros-porristas y asesores de megáfono que le calientan la oreja a Luis Arce le han dicho que él es el gran ganador de la batalla por el censo, que esos cobardes policías, los pandilleros encapuchados y los grupos de choque dirigidos por funcionarios públicos, han conseguido doblegar a los cruceños, que no volverán a molestarlo nunca más, no importa lo que haga el gobierno.
Luis Arce era el títere de Evo Morales y ha pasado a convertirse en el juguete de un grupo de sujetos de la peor calaña que lo empujan a mentir, a cometer todo tipo de errores y sobre todo, a fabricar conflictos, convencidos de que la popularidad que todavía conserva o el hecho de que muchos lo consideran como el mal menor, va a impedir que la situación pueda desbordarse como sucedió en 2019. A Evo le dijeron que era el jefe supremo, el único, el insuperable, el que tenía carta blanca para hacer lo que fuera en Bolivia y ya sabemos cuáles fueron las consecuencias de ese engaño.
Como se siente el gran ganador, Arce fija para el 2024 el censo de población y firma un decreto lleno de mentiras y trampas que no harán más que multiplicar el malestar y sembrar de piedras su propio camino a la reelección, el único interés que lo mueve, pues lo han convencido de que más que Evo, es el redentor del MAS, el caudillo blindado inmune al fraude y a la ira popular.
Quiere hacer el censo un sábado, un día totalmente contraproducente, especialmente en Bolivia, donde una gran porción de la población aprovecha para sus actividades comerciales. Dice que va a tener listos los resultados preliminares en tiempo récord, lo suficiente como para distribuir los recursos de coparticipación tributaria. Cree que la plata es lo que más interesa a la gente y si así fuera, la constitución exige que el nuevo reparto se haga en función de los datos finales.
Ignora lo más importante, la motivación que provocó el paro cívico. La población quiere recuperar la democracia que está secuestrada por las leyes creadas por el MAS para distorsionar el voto ciudadano y generar un fraude automático y permanente a favor del régimen actual. Necesitamos el censo para saber cuántos somos y en función de eso restablecer el principio “un ciudadano un voto” y asegurar una representatividad equitativa en cualquier punto del territorio nacional, de tal manera que ya no existan más bolivianos de primera y de segunda, unos con representación sobrevaluada y otros que prácticamente no gravitan en el quehacer público.
Por último, la ciudadanía ya no quiere más fraude y con la fórmula censal que propone Arce, el padrón inflado que tiene más de un millón y medio de votantes fantasmas quedará intacto para asegurarle al MAS una victoria mentirosa el 2025. Además, el INE no tiene cartografía, lo ha admitido estúpidamente el propio Arce, de tal manera que los resultados del censo de 2025 serán una completa fantasía sin sentido. El presidente insulta la inteligencia de los bolivianos, la provoca y simplemente está preparando el terreno para un escenario de conflictividad sin precedentes.
