Cuestionan el tono confrontador con el que el Jefe de Estado se dirigió al Congreso, además de priorizar los ataques contra la oposición y el gobierno de Áñez sin dar señales claras sobre estrategias y políticas para la reactivación económica post pandemia
Una vez finalizada la intervención del presidente Constitucional del Estado, Luis Arce Catacora, en la sesión de honor de la Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional (ALP), distintas personalidades del ambiente político nacional, además de legisladores, calificaron la intervención como un acto lleno de odio y que promueve la división de los bolivianos.
Se cuestionó el tono confrontador con el que el primer mandatario se dirigió al Congreso, además de priorizar los ataques contra la oposición y el gobierno de Áñez sin dar señales claras sobre estrategias y políticas para la reactivación económica post pandemia.
Para el expresidente Jorge Quiroga, las palabras de Arce solo atacaron la gestión del gobierno transitorio y se reiteró la retórica de los 14 años del régimen de Morales, volviendo a prometer cosas que, a su tiempo, no se cumplieron.
“En una sesión bochornosa Arce insultó y descalificó -otra vez- a gestión pasada… y recicló promesas incumplidas de 14 años. Atolondrado y aturdido, con cabeza gacha, sin despegar los ojos del papel, leyó a toda la velocidad la evidencia que él no manda, ni sabe dónde va”, expresó mediante su cuenta de Twitter.
Al respecto, el senador por la agrupación Creemos, Henry Montero, lamentó que durante sus palabras, Arce haya elogiado la gestión de Morales y lo calificó como una muestra de que no se cuenta con un plan serio para reactivar la economía después de la época de bonanza económica vivida en los 14 años pasados.
“Luis Arce aduló a Evo Morales, violador de la CPE, embaucador del 21F y enfermo de poder, intentó hacer creer ‘golpe’, exhaló odio, venganza y división en su informe presidencial, porque no tiene plan de reactivación de la economía, tras el despilfarro en época de bonanza”, manifestó.
Ante ello, la diputada opositora Luisa Nayar pidió que se pare con los mensajes que incitan al odio entre bolivianos, la persecución a opositores y la falsa teoría del supuesto golpe de Estado, para unir esfuerzos y salir de la actual crisis en beneficio de la población.
“Basta de enfrentarnos entre bolivianos Luis Arce Catacora, póngase a trabajar en la reactivación económica, la generación de fuentes de empleo y la atención digna en la salud. Viene a la ALP a seguir dando un discurso de odio y de mentiras con la falsa narrativa del golpe de Estado para seguir generando brechas dentro de la población boliviana”, expresó.
Por su parte, el diputado de CC, Betto Astorga, justificó las constantes interrupciones al discurso del primer mandatario, señalando que no es posible que se mienta al país con esta falsa retórica que solo provoca división.
“El presidente Luis Arce empañó la Sesión de Honor por la conmemoración de los 196 años de la independencia de Bolivia en su mensaje mencionó varias veces ‘Golpe’ tuvimos que responderle con gritos de ‘Fraude’ Presidente Arce deje de ser títere de Morales y deje de dividir al país”, expresó.
El periodista Andrés Gómez Vela lamentó que las palabras de Arce inciten a la venganza en nombre de justicia.
“Lamentable que el presidente Luis Arce no sepa que el primer paso de la violencia no son las piedras, los palos o las balas; sino las palabras disparadas desde el poder. Es imposible profundizar la democracia anunciando venganza en nombre de Justicia” manifestó desde sus redes sociales.

For former President Jorge Quiroga, Arce’s words only attacked the management of the transitory government and the rhetoric of the 14 years of the Morales regime was reiterated, again promising things that, in due time, were not fulfilled.
“In an embarrassing session, Arce insulted and disqualified -again- past management … and recycled unfulfilled promises of 14 years. Dazed and stunned, with his head bowed, without taking his eyes off the paper, he read at full speed the evidence that he does not command, nor does he know where he is going,” he said through his Twitter account.
In this regard, the senator for the Creemos group, Henry Montero, regretted that during his remarks, Arce praised Morales’ management and described it as a sign that there is no serious plan to reactivate the economy after the time of economic bonanza lived in the last 14 years.
“Luis Arce flattered Evo Morales, CPE rapist, 21F trickster and power sick, tried to make believe a ‘coup’, he breathed hatred, revenge and division in his presidential report, because he has no plan to reactivate the economy, after waste in good times,” he stated.
Given this, the opposition deputy Luisa Nayar asked to stop with the messages that incite hatred among Bolivians, the persecution of opponents and the false theory of the alleged coup, to join forces and get out of the current crisis for the benefit of the population .
“Enough of confronting us between Bolivians Luis Arce Catacora, get to work on economic reactivation, the generation of sources of employment and decent health care. He comes to the ALP to continue giving a speech of hatred and lies with the false narrative of the coup in order to continue generating gaps within the Bolivian population,” she said.
For his part, the CC deputy, Betto Astorga, justified the constant interruptions to the president’s speech, pointing out that it is not possible for the country to be lied to with this false rhetoric that only provokes division.
“President Luis Arce tarnished the Session of Honor for the commemoration of the 196 years of Bolivian independence in his message he mentioned several times ‘Coup’ we had to respond with uproar of ‘Fraud’ President Arce stop being Morales’ puppet and stop to divide the country,” he said.
The journalist Andrés Gómez Vela regretted that Arce’s words incite revenge in the name of justice.
“It is unfortunate that President Luis Arce does not know that the first step of violence is not stones, sticks or bullets; but the words fired from power. It is impossible to deepen democracy by announcing revenge in the name of Justice,” he said from his social networks.
