La integrante de la Resistencia Juvenil Cochala, Milena Soto, quien fue aprehendida esta jornada [03/Ago/2021] en Cochabamba, se abstuvo de declarar ante la Fiscalía. Ella será imputada en las próximas horas y posteriormente será sometida a una audiencia cautelar.

El fiscal Daniel Fernández informó que la integrante de la Resistencia Juvenil Cochala (RJC) es investigada por la presunta comisión de los delitos de organización criminal, portación de artefactos explosivos y destrucción de bienes públicos, según el portal Correo del Sur.

Soto fue detenida esta jornada en Cochabamba y después la trasladaron a Sucre, para declarar. La activista, quien la pasada semana denunció un supuesto intento de secuestro, fue notificada y escoltada presuntamente a instancias de la Fuerza Especial de Lucha Contra el Crimen (Felcc), según muestra un video que circula en las redes sociales.

Con Soto son tres los integrantes de la RJC que se encuentran actualmente con procesos judiciales. Yassir Molina y “Tonchy” Bascopé están procesados por destrozos en la capital durante una protesta, en octubre de 2020, que exigía la renuncia de Juan Lanchipa, frente a la Fiscalía General del Estado.
