En Santa Cruz rearticulan el movimiento cívico nacional en rechazo al cierre del caso fraude
La Asamblea de la Cruceñidad contó ayer [02/Ago/2021] con la participación de más de 20 instituciones cruceñas y el Conade de La Paz.
En Santa Cruz rearticulan el movimiento cívico nacional en rechazo al cierre del caso fraude electoral, anunciado por la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE), la anterior semana.
“Iniciar un trabajo de rearticulación de los movimientos cívicos nacional, como instrumento de lucha en defensa de la democracia, la justicia y la verdad. En ese sentido apoyar y respaldar la movilización democráticas, cívicas y ciudadanas en todos el territorio nacional”, señala el punto dos de las determinaciones de la Asamblea de la Cruceñidad, que se llevó a cabo anoche.
El Comité Pro Santa Cruz se reunió junto con el Comité Nacional de Defensa de la Democracia (Conade) de La Paz y la presidenta de la Asamblea Permanente de Derechos Humanos de Bolivia (Apdhb), Amparo Carvajal.
En la asamblea se tocaron varios puntos como el tema de avasallamiento de tierra en la región cruceña, que acontece con la venia del Gobierno. Pero el punto central fue el sobreseimiento del caso fraude electoral.
El presidente del Comité Pro Santa Cruz, Rómulo Calvo, anunció que se apelará la determinación del Ministerio Público y también se acudirá a organismos internacionales con la finalidad de denunciar la vulneración a la voluntad popular en 2019, comprobado por una auditoría de la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA).
Además, Calvo explicó que respaldan el bloqueo de carreteras anunciado para el 9 de agosto en San José de Chiquitos, en rechazo a la ocupación de tierras de indígenas del oriente por parte de los interculturales. Anunció que el 5 de este mes habrá una marcha en los diferentes departamentos del país en rechazo al cierre del caso fraude electoral.
Entre otras decisiones asumidas están el rechazo de la Ley de Emergencia Sanitaria, observada por los médicos, y del plan normativo de la norma Contra la Legitimación de Ganancias Ilícitas, que apuntan como un recurso más que servirá de “persecución política” a la oposición.

In Santa Cruz they re-articulate the national civic movement in rejection of the closure of the electoral fraud case, announced by the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE), last week.
“Initiate a work of rearticulation of the national civic movements, as an instrument of struggle in defense of democracy, justice and truth. In this sense, support and back democratic, civic and citizen mobilization throughout the national territory,” states out point two of the determinations of the Assembly of La Cruceñidad, which took place last night.
The Pro Santa Cruz Committee met together with the National Committee for the Defense of Democracy (Conade) of La Paz and the president of the Permanent Assembly of Human Rights of Bolivia (Apdhb), Amparo Carvajal.
In the assembly several points were touched as the subject of land subjugation in the Santa Cruz region, which occurs with the permission of the Government. But the central point was the dismissal of the electoral fraud case.
The president of the Pro Santa Cruz Committee, Rómulo Calvo, announced that the decision of the Public Ministry will be appealed and international organizations will also be resorted to in order to denounce the violation of the popular will in 2019, verified by an audit of the Organization of American States (OAS).
In addition, Calvo explained that they support the road blockade announced for August 9 in San José de Chiquitos, in rejection of the occupation of lands of indigenous peoples from the east by interculturalists. He announced that on the 5th of this month there will be a march in the different departments of the country in rejection of the closure of the electoral fraud case.
Among other decisions made are the rejection of the Health Emergency Law, observed by doctors, and the regulatory plan of the rule Against the Legitimation of Illicit Profits, which they point out as another resource that will serve as “political persecution” to the opposition.
